About Me

I have been a licensed massage therapist for almost a decade now. I absolutely love to help others feel better who are in physical pain, recovering from injuries, taking time for self care or just to relax and decompress . I incorporate my years of skill level and openness to always learning more to give you my best customized massage therapy treatment plan.I will also guide you with home care recommendations. I love I get to be creative with each massage as each person is unique. Incorporating different treatments in my session from assisted stretching, cupping, hot stones, raindrop aromatherapy, Theragun and more. My goal is to help you balance the body, mind and spirit and be in harmony together. 
When I’m not massaging I also have a up-cycle furniture business where I also get to use my creativity. To turn something old into something new and beautiful again. The creativity is limitless and it’s so much fun! 
I’m a mom to 3 beautiful blessing daughters ❤️❤️❤️ They also keep me learning new things! I’m a fur mom to a 2 yr old English Bulldog Jeffrey. He gets me outside a lot to explore the world with him and have little adventures. Thank you for visiting Heart Harmony Massage & Wellness ❤️
